| COTTAGE REGULATIONS |

| Reservations are secured by payment of half the total due.
Reservations may be paid in cash, certified cheque
or Canadian Money Order. This must be received as soon as possible
after the tentative booking as all units are first come, first paid basis.
We strongly suggest you view the cottages prior to renting as NO REFUNDS
are given on any booking or cancellation. Only origional registered guests
may use the cottage, rental of unit gives you no right to assign. |

- Cottages are rented to a maximum of _____ persons only. Registered
signed in guests are the only ones who can use the cottages and grounds.
- The cottage area is for your private use. Visitors are the responsibility
of the registered guests.You will be held responsible for their actions.
Furniture may not be removed from unit. There is NO visitor parking
on site. Each cottage is provided with ONE parking spot.
- Any noise and music must be kept to an acceptable community standard.
Please co-operatewhen requested. No noise after 11 p.m. No motorcycles
in cottage areas and no tents. Any violation of the posted regulations
will result in the eviction from the cottage and NO refunds will be
given. Unregistered guests will be charged with trespassing.

WE SUPPLY: Furnished accommodations with (3) pc. washroom,
kitchenette equipped for amaximum of ______. There
is ONE parking space per cottage. The cottage area contains picnic
tables and some lawn chairs. You may wish to bring your own chairs for
sunning.

| YOU BRING: Personal hygiene items (bath
towels, face cloths, bed linens, pillows, blankets, dish soap,etc.) |

| Each cottage is supplied with toilet paper and garbage bags.
There is one large garbage can and recycle box per cottage. Place all
garbage in cans. NO GLASS--BEER IN CANS OR KEGS
ONLY. |

| Cottages are inspected at CHECK OUT and are to be left neat,
organized with the inventory in tact.Do not loan items to other cottages
unless you are certain they are returned to you or you will be charged
for missing and broken items. |

| To avoid cleaning charges of $150.00
the following must be done: |
- Dishes must be done
- Cottage clean & neat
- Floors swept
- Recyclables in blue box
- Washrom clean & neat
- Fridge completely emptied of your belongings
- Cottage items in the appropriate place
- Garbage in appropriate place & bagged
